Cognitive communication disorder
Cognitive-communication difficulties (CCD) can make everyday interactions feel harder. You may lose track in conversations, struggle to organise your thoughts, or feel overwhelmed in busy settings.
These difficulties are very common after brain injury and are often made worse by fatigue.
I help you understand what is happening and develop practical strategies to make communication feel more manageable and less stressful.
Support is flexible- whether you need help at home, socially, or when returning to work or study.
