These rates align with independent advanced clinical SLT services across the UK and reflect the experience involved in providing expert communication and swallowing rehabilitation.

Initial assessment (Communication or Swallowing)

60–90 minutes – £220
Face-to-face or online (where appropriate)

Includes:

Detailed case history
Clinical assessment
Functional analysis of communication or swallowing
A detailed written clinical report outlining assessment findings and clear, individualised recommendations
One follow-up letter to the GP (if required)
Additional complex reporting or extended liaison is charged separately (see Non-Clinical Time below).

Troubleshooting Consultation

30 minutes – £50
Phone or secure video call

A focused consultation offering practical professional guidance.

This is suitable if you:

Would like reassurance
Need clarification about communication or swallowing advice
Would benefit from specialist input before deciding on a full assessment
This consultation does not replace a full assessment but provides tailored advice and direction.

Therapy Sessions

Up to 60 minutes – £90
Face-to-face or secure online delivery

Therapy sessions are individualised and goal-focused.

Online therapy allows you to receive specialist support in familiar surroundings without the need to travel. In many cases, assessment and intervention can be delivered fully or partly via secure teletherapy.

LSVT LOUD® Intensive Programme

£1,600

LSVT LOUD® is delivered as:

16 one-hour sessions
4 sessions per week
Over 4 consecutive weeks

The programme includes:

Initial assessment
Full written report
Intensive therapy block
A follow-up review at 3–6 months is recommended (charged separately).
LSVT LOUD® can be delivered face-to-face or online.

Non-Clinical Time

£55 per hour

This includes:

MDT meetings and liaison
Case conferences
Letters beyond the included GP letter
Detailed reports or additional documentation
Clinical administration outside direct therapy time

Travel

Mileage: 50p per mile (round trip)
Travel Time: £30 per hour after the first 10 miles

Travel charges apply to home or community visits.

Payment Policy

All appointments are payable at the time of booking.
Sessions cannot be confirmed until full payment has been received.
Block bookings require full payment upfront.
Block sessions must be used within 6 months.
Payment is preferred via BACS bank transfer. Online card payment via Stripe is also available.
Appointments are managed securely through WriteUpp, which is used for messaging, reminders and invoices.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.
